1. The contract
A binding contract is formed when DFA Machine Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17276533) issues a written order confirmation or a Stripe payment receipt for your order. Until that point your order is a non-binding offer. The contract incorporates these Purchase Conditions, our Terms & Conditions and any signed Order Form or Statement of Work.
2. Prices, currencies and taxes
List prices on dfamachine.com are quoted in Euros (EUR) and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable: UK-VAT for UK customers, reverse-charge for valid EU business VAT IDs, EU destination-rate for EU consumers under the OSS scheme, and zero-rated for verified non-EU/UK customers. We may also accept GBP and USD for enterprise contracts on request.

6. Acceptance
Audit deliverables are deemed accepted 7 calendar days after delivery unless you raise specific written objections within that window. We will work in good faith to address legitimate objections at no extra cost.
7. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
If you are buying as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason. However, by accepting these conditions and asking us to begin work immediately, you acknowledge that the right lapses once we have fully performed the service. For partially performed services, you owe a pro-rata fee for work already done. To exercise the right of withdrawal email contact@dfamachine.com with order reference.
8. Warranties
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill by suitably qualified personnel. To the extent permitted by law all other implied warranties are excluded. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Refunds and cancellation
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Anti-fraud screening
All orders are screened against sanctions lists (UK OFSI, EU, OFAC) and Stripe Radar. Suspicious orders may be cancelled and refunded without further explanation.

These conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumer customers benefit from the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
